- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★What an amazing view!! We slept in the van on the vp parking spot and it was so nice! The stars at night were amazing and it wasn't a long drive (2 min) to the bathrooms on the other camping. The hike is tough because of slippery small stones, so wear good shoes and be careful not to slip. But the view is amazing!!By Books and Stories, May 19, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We stayed 3 nights in the hutopias..5 guys..one on a cot and plenty of room, fully equipped..total glamor camping. The hike to the summit was tough..wait until you get to the 1.5 marker..you won't believe there is still 4,5 to the top. Everyone I met had their 1,5 story..some argued, a few turned back and most made it past and it gets much easier. The trail is beautiful, and the summit view and feeling of accomplishment was a great high!By Stephen Powell, February 14, 2017
